About

Bungotakada turned its fading shopping streets into a time capsule of the late 1950s and early 60s. Shops display old signs and goods and sell retro snacks. The Showa Roman Kura warehouse holds a museum of old toys and sweets. A 1957 bonnet bus tours the town, mostly on weekends.
