Fukuya is a well-loved Oita ramen name; its Beppu main store reopened under this banner in March 2024. Expect a creamy, robust tonkotsu with slightly curly noodles, a back-fat-loaded rich version, and generous vegetable and special ramen. Fried-rice and gyoza sets make it a full meal. There is also a branch in Amu Plaza at Oita Station.
