The park is split by Route 1: the hill side was a Mitsui family villa with a viewing platform, tea house and local museum, while the sea side holds the reconstructed Yoshida Shigeru residence and its gardens, opened in 2017. Views stretch over Sagami Bay toward Mount Fuji.
