Nebukawa Diving Service opened in 2016 at Nebukawa in southern Odawara, one of the closest dive points to Tokyo. It runs no-licence trial dives and guided fun dives from the rocky shore, where you can see soft corals and reef fish. A good first dive for Tokyo residents without a car.
