About
Kamakura is ringed by forested hills, and short trails along the ridges connect its sights. The Daibutsu course runs from Jochi-ji in Kita-Kamakura past Zeniarai Benten and Genjiyama Park to the Great Buddha; the Ten-en course links Kencho-ji and Zuisen-ji with medieval cave tombs (yagura) along the way; and the short Gionyama course has city views.
