Uotoku is a traditional downtown sushi restaurant near Mukojima Hyakkaen, with a sunken kotatsu-style counter and a few tables. Alongside nigiri such as marinated tuna and kohada, it is known for seasonal dishes like white-grilled wild eel from lakes around Japan, boiled Akashi octopus and soft-shelled turtle hotpot. It won Tabelog Award Bronze every year from 2017 to 2022.
