Opened in 2023 on the 9th floor of a building on Azabu-Juban's shopping streets, Tokyo Confidential mixes the polish of a hotel bar with a party mood. The main room is all curves and colour, a separate 'confession room' pours sake on tap including house brews, and there is a dedicated champagne fridge. Cocktails are playful yet balanced and the annual menu always includes serious low- and no-alcohol options. The open-air rooftop looks straight at Tokyo Tower (it can be booked privately, so check before you go). Walk-ins are welcome, and hot dogs are the bar snack of choice.
