About
Sushi Yoshino's founder apprenticed at a celebrated sushi restaurant in Kyobashi and inherited its name when he became independent; today he works alongside his son. Toppings are prepared in the old style and served on red-vinegar shari, and the long zelkova-wood counter in the basement is beautifully lit. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand for 2026. A great-value Edomae meal in a residential part of Nakano.
