Ajuuta opened in 2021 and joined the Tabelog Sushi Hyakumeiten list in 2025. It serves an omakase of seasonal small dishes and nigiri, such as sea bream, tuna, horse mackerel, sea urchin and salmon roe, at an eight-seat main counter, plus a second counter and a private counter room.
