About

Sunshine Aquarium occupies the roof and upper floors of the World Import Mart building. Its icon is Sky Penguin: an overhead glass tank where African penguins swim above you with the Ikebukuro skyline behind. The outdoor Marine Garden also has sea lions in the Sunshine Aqua Ring, a donut-shaped tank you can see from below, and pelicans. Indoors are the big Sunshine Lagoon, a jellyfish tunnel and the 'Waterside Encounters' freshwater zone. Prices vary by day and weekends/holidays require a timed reservation.
