Hitosuji opened in February 2025 and entered the Tabelog Ramen Hyakumeiten list the same year. There are two lines of bowls, chuka soba and tantanmen; the tantanmen is thick, rich and moderately spicy with thin, springy noodles. Cards and IC cards are accepted.
