About

Ikebukuro Station links the JR Yamanote, Saikyo and Shonan-Shinjuku lines with the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi, Yurakucho and Fukutoshin lines. It is also the terminus of the Seibu Ikebukuro Line (for Chichibu) and the Tobu Tojo Line (for Kawagoe). The east side leads to Sunshine City and Otome Road, and the west side to Ikebukuro West Gate Park. Tobu and Tokyo Metro run English-speaking information desks inside.
