About
Hikarigaoka Park is one of the biggest parks in the 23 wards. Its central lawn is vast enough for kites and ball games, and a long ginkgo avenue turns brilliant yellow in late November. There are baseball fields, tennis courts, a gymnasium, a barbecue area and a bird sanctuary pond with an observation hut, plus many cherry trees. Entry is free.
