About

Founded by barista Kiyokazu Suzuki, Glitch roasts very light to highlight fruit and acidity, and the Jimbocho flagship lets you pick from a line of jars, smelling each bean before choosing. Staff explain origins and processing in English. It's busy with coffee pilgrims but turnover is quick. Perfect fuel before browsing Jimbocho's 130-odd secondhand bookstores.
