Ee-chan Shokudo near Fudomae station is one of Tokyos best places for asa-ra, morning ramen. It opens early, makes its own noodles and serves a deeply savoury shoyu ramen with outstanding thick-cut chashu and menma. On anniversaries it serves special soups using ingredients such as snow crab, bacon or nodoguro niboshi. It closes around midday, so this is a breakfast or brunch stop.
