About

E.S.T! has served the Yushima and Ueno area for over 50 years from a retro room designed like a European mountain lodge, with eight counter seats and four at tables. The master stresses reading each guest, and many of his original cocktails were born from that; drinks follow the seasons with fresh fruit and ingredients.
