About

Bar Tiare takes its name from a line in Somerset Maugham's novel about the tiare flower whose scent draws people back to Tahiti, and aims to make drinks that do the same. The 23-seat bar also advises on bartending for TV dramas and films. Snacks range from herb fries to cheese and a tom-yum popcorn.
