Bar Opa has trained a generation of Ginza bartenders and focuses on precise classics rather than showy creations. The basement room has an 11-seat counter and a few tables. The group also runs bars in Monzen-nakacho and, from 2026, a Namiki branch in Ginza 1-chome; its bartenders regularly compete in national bartending competitions.
