About
Akatsuka Park stretches along the wooded cliff line of north-west Itabashi. In April the forest floor fills with white nirinso flowers, one of the largest natural colonies in Tokyo. The western section covers the site of Akatsuka Castle, where a plum grove blooms in February, and there are sports fields and lawns at the foot of the slope. Free.
