Kitashinchi is Osakas answer to Ginza, a grid of narrow streets packed with high-end counters, hostess clubs and hushed bars, and Sushi Noguchi is one of its most respected sushi addresses, chosen for Tabelogs Sushi WEST 100 in 2025. Expect an evening omakase that moves from seasonal otsumami into a long run of nigiri, with a strong sake list. It is an occasion restaurant: book through the restaurant or a reservation service well in advance, and follow it with a nightcap at one of Kitashinchis classic bars such as Kitashinchi Samboa.
