About
The newest bar of the Kitashinchi Samboa group sits inside Innogate Osaka, the building over the JR Osaka Station West Gate, which makes it the most convenient place in the city to try the Samboa style: Suntory Kaku highballs mixed with chilled soda and no ice, poured at a wood counter by bartenders in white jackets. Unlike the evening-only Kitashinchi original it opens at noon, so it works for a pre-train drink, with bar food such as fish and chips, clam chowder, mac and cheese and wagyu roast beef. It also displays works by the artist Yoshiaki Matsui.
