About

Rikuro's souffle-style cheesecake became a viral video staple thanks to its jiggle and the bell that rings whenever a new batch comes out. The cake is light, eggy and mildly cheesy with Californian raisins on the bottom, and it is sold whole at a remarkably low price. The Namba main shop has a cafe upstairs where you can eat it fresh with coffee, plus other sweets like apple pie. The queue moves quickly.
