Oizumi Ryokuchi is a large prefectural park of woods, lawns and ponds in Sakai's Kita ward. Some 200 kinds of trees and shrubs, about 320,000 plants in total, give flowers through the seasons, and there are children's play areas and a cycling area. It is a short walk from the Midosuji Line.
