Mensho Shisei is a small basement noodle shop a short walk from Yotsubashi and Shinsaibashi stations, formerly known as Mendo Jikon Sohonke. It serves ramen and tsukemen (dipping noodles) and is known for rotating limited bowls alongside its regular menu. It is one of the more consistently rated ramen shops in the Minami area.
