About
Festival Hall first opened in 1958 and was rebuilt in 2013 inside Festival Tower, keeping its famous acoustics. It hosts the Osaka Philharmonic, touring orchestras and ballet, and Japanese and international pop and rock stars. A long red-carpeted staircase leads up from street level.
