JR Tennoji has lockers around the Central Gate (north side by TiS and south side toward the South Exit) and the East Gate, and the Midosuji and Tanimachi lines add banks at their West, East and North gates. Handy for Abeno Harukas, Tennoji Park and the Haruka to KIX.

About

Tennoji is a major hub: JR's Osaka Loop, Yamatoji and Hanwa lines (including the Haruka limited express to Kansai Airport) meet the Midosuji and Tanimachi subway lines. JR lockers are outside the Central Gate on both its north side (by the TiS travel office) and south side, by the East Gate and the ticket office, and there's a bank near platform 9 for Hanwa Line passengers. Osaka Metro banks are at the Midosuji Line West and East gates and the Tanimachi Line North Gate (coin-operated). Abeno Harukas, Tennoji Zoo, Shitenno-ji and Shinsekai are all within walking distance.

Tips

• Use Tennoji to break the journey to or from KIX on the Haruka
• Abeno Q's Mall and Harukas also have lockers if the station is full
• Most lockers are cleared after 3 days and the contents go to the station lost-property office, so don't use them for multi-day storage
