About
Yamazaki Menjiro's owner trained at a respected Osaka ramen shop, and his small Nishinokyo counter reflects that discipline: a short menu, carefully executed. The shio ramen is the most popular bowl, with a clear, elegant broth and fine noodles, alongside a shoyu ramen and tsukemen. It opens only four days a week for lunch, and the queue forms well before opening. Tabelog Ramen 100 pick, within walking distance of Kitano Tenmangu.
