About
Terakoya Honpo makes senbei the traditional way, steaming and pounding domestic sticky rice and baking it with a secret soy-based sauce. Warm crackers topped with shichimi or nori are sold one by one. Nure-okaki with a chewy center and sticky rice dango in seasonal flavors are also popular.
