About
Masugo has made Kyoto pickles since 1930 and has three Nishiki shops. The North shop carries everyday products such as sweet-and-spicy takuan and pickled mibuna, fermented foods such as white miso, and products for restaurants and inns. It also sells creative asazuke that can be eaten like salad.
