About
Masugo has made and sold Kyoto pickles since 1930 and has three shops in Nishiki. The East shop sells pickles in small portions, enough for one meal. It watches the salt to bring out the natural flavor, and sells seasonal pickles straight from the barrels at the back, from senmaizuke, suguki and shibazuke to creative asazuke.
