About

Ichizawa's canvas bags are made by hand in the workshop behind the shop on Higashioji, near Chion-in. Styles range from small pouches to tool bags, backpacks and totes in dozens of colours, each stamped with the small brand label. The bags are not sold online or in other stores, which makes them a cult Kyoto souvenir. They last decades and can be repaired at the shop.
