Houkyuuan makes fishcakes from top-grade white croaker and golden threadfin bream, ground in a stone mortar with no flour, so they are gluten-free. A large steamer is filled with fried fishcakes with octopus, potato and butter, cheese and more. No preservatives or emulsifiers are used, and fruit smoothies and soft-serve are sold too.
