About
Hatanaka Shoten is a family-run fish shop of 75 years, now led by the third generation. It sells fresh fish, sashimi and grilled and simmered dishes, plus take-home items such as ayu simmered with sansho, miso-pickled fish, heshiko and chirimen sansho. Its most popular item, saba-zushi topped with shiroita kombu, is sold in limited numbers.
