About
Fumiya has served udon for over 70 years, with dashi made daily from natural ingredients. The specialty is the "Fumiya nabe", hot pot udon with tempura, mochi, shiitake, egg and fu. Chicken tempura and kayaku gohan can be added, and Kyoto dishes such as Kujo-leek udon and kitsune udon are on the menu.
