About
Fuka is a long-established maker of nama-fu, the fresh wheat-gluten cakes used in Kyoto cuisine. Its Nishiki shop sells fu-manju, a soft gluten dumpling filled with red bean and wrapped in a bamboo leaf, along with other fu products. It was a Tabelog Wagashi Hyakumeiten in 2023 and 2026.
