Hoppy Sennin is a legendary small bar on the second floor of Miyakobashi Shotengai, a curving 1960s building along the Ooka River in Noge. Its owner serves hoppy (a beer-like mixer with shochu) chilled to perfection, and it opens only from 18:00 to 20:00 on a few days a week. It is a classic Noge drinking experience.
