About

Opened in 1967 as a flowering-tree garden, the 15-hectare Green Center has a large lawn, an azalea hill, flower beds, a big greenhouse and a mini steam locomotive that children can ride. It is one of Japan's 100 Best City Parks and has been upgraded in recent years.
