About
Ramen Kuon opened in 2020 in the B2 food arcade of Senba Center Building, a long concrete mall under the Hanshin Expressway that feels like a time capsule. The draw is a refined shio soba: a clear, layered broth seasoned with salt, fine noodles and delicate chashu. Order the small bowl of rice and pour in the last of the soup with the house yuzu-kosho to make ochazuke, the way regulars finish. It is a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a Tabelog Ramen OSAKA 100 shop. Lunch only, and closed Sundays.
