Billboard Live Osaka opened in 2007 in the basement of Herbis ENT, near Osaka Station. Tiered table seating faces the stage, and shows feature international soul, jazz, pop and rock veterans alongside Japanese stars. The same building houses the Osaka Shiki Theatre.
