About

Mt. Ikoma separates Nara from Osaka. The Kintetsu Ikoma Cable, Japan's first commercial cable car, climbs from Toriimae to the summit, where a retro amusement park sits beside the viewpoints. On clear days you can see Osaka's skyline, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and Kansai Airport, and at night the whole Osaka plain glitters below.
