About

Yumeyakata has been dressing visitors in kimono for years. Its Gojo shop occupies a traditional townhouse with a broad selection of kimono, yukata (in summer) and obi, with plans that include dressing and optional hairstyling. Staff are used to foreign visitors, and you can leave your clothes at the shop while you spend the day walking Gion, Kiyomizu-dera or Fushimi Inari. Gojo station on the Karasuma subway line is a few minutes away.
