About
Tsukimachian makes rice crackers entirely by hand, using tools and techniques inherited from a shop founded at the end of the Edo period. Its mame-senbei use broad beans, black soybeans, green peas, peanuts and pumpkin seeds. The signature Soramame Senbei, about 70 percent broad beans, is baked in front of the shop, and konpeito and ramune candy are also sold.
