About
Japan's largest herb garden spreads down the slope of Mount Rokko between the Nunobiki Ropeway's upper and middle stations. Some 200 kinds of herbs and flowers grow in themed gardens, and there is a glasshouse, a herb museum, cafés and sweeping views over the city and Osaka Bay, especially at dusk.
