About
The Kinosaki Ropeway climbs from the western end of the onsen town, stopping beside Onsenji Temple's main hall before reaching the top of Mt. Daishi. The observation deck at the summit gives a wide view over Kinosaki's rooftops, the Maruyama River and out to the Sea of Japan. Many visitors ride up and walk down via the temple.
