About

Opened in 2005 as a symbol of recovery after the 1995 earthquake, Hyogo PAC has a 2,001-seat main hall, a wooden 800-seat hall and a studio theatre. Its resident Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra plays affordable subscription concerts, and its annual summer opera, led by conductor Yutaka Sado, sells out widely.
