At the end of the passage as you leave the JR line on B1F of Airport Terminal 2·3 Station (reached from the T2 arrival lobby by going down to B1F, left from Zone A or right from Zone B), this center serves Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 passengers. It sells passes for East Japan and basic fare tickets, exchanges Japan Rail Passes, issues N'EX and Shinkansen tickets, hands over JR-EAST Train Reservation tickets, and has tourist information for East Japan and Hokuriku plus maps of the Narita Airport area. Free JR-EAST Wi-Fi is available. It is open an hour later than the Terminal 1 center.

Tips
- Bring your passport: it is required for Japan Rail Pass and most tourist-pass purchases and exchanges
- Queues build in the morning when travellers start their pass; mid-afternoon is usually quicker
- From Terminal 3, allow about 10–15 minutes to walk to Terminal 2 and down to B1F
- From the T2 arrival lobby, take the escalator to B1F and look for the JR ticket gates
