Opened in 1986 for Chiba Prefecture's 5 million population milestone, the rhombus-shaped mirrored tower has an observation floor at 113 m. Views cover Tokyo Bay, the Chiba port factories, the Tokyo skyline and on clear days Mt Fuji and the Tokyo Skytree. A cafe and souvenir floor are inside.
